IFFCO (Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited) is one of the world's largest fertilizer cooperatives, wholly owned by Indian farmer cooperative societies. The IFFCO MT selection process has three stages. First, candidates appear for the online written test. The final stage is a Personal Interview with a panel of IFFCO senior officials. Final selection is based on the combined score of the written test, GD performance, and interview. Management Trainees at IFFCO complete a structured training programme of 12–24 months covering plant operations, marketing, HR, and finance functions depending on the stream. After training, they are placed as Officers at IFFCO plants or field offices. The typical career progression is Officer → Senior Officer → Asst.
