1. Acceptance of Terms & Account Registration

By accessing or using HenceProve (website, mobile apps, CBT simulators, AI tools, or APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Accounts are non-transferable and strictly intended for individual student or faculty use.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately at support@henceprove.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Intellectual Property & License

All platform content—including CBT exam engines, question banks, AI rank prediction models, formula sheets, and UI design—is the property of HenceProve Technologies.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access study materials for personal exam preparation.
  • You may not copy, record, scrape, redistribute, or reverse engineer any test series or solutions.
  • Official exam names and logos (e.g., NTA, JEE Main, NEET, GATE, UPSC) belong to their respective conducting authorities.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Free Access

HenceProve provides both free mock tests and paid subscription tiers for advanced AI analytics and unlimited practice.

  • Free tier includes full-length CBT tests and basic score reports with zero credit card required.
  • Paid subscriptions unlock AI mentor recommendations, historical rank trends, and unlimited test attempts.
  • Prices and plan features are subject to change with advance notification on the pricing page.

4. AI Predictions & Disclaimer of Guarantees

Our AI rank predictor and college mapper use historical statistical models to estimate performance.

  • Rank predictions are estimates based on past score-to-rank trends (typically ±5% accuracy).
  • Official exam bodies (NTA, JoSAA, CSAB, MCC, TSCHE, etc.) hold sole authority over official results and cutoffs.
  • HenceProve does not guarantee admission to any specific college or university.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

We enforce strict anti-abuse policies to protect the integrity of our student community and test analytics.

  • Automated web scraping, bot usage, or unauthorized API querying is prohibited.
  • Attempts to bypass CBT exam timers or tamper with score submission endpoints will result in ban.
  • HenceProve reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
