Preparation Tips
- 1Focus on Piaget's four stages of cognitive development and Vygotsky's sociocultural theory, as these are heavily tested in the Child Development & Pedagogy section of BTET.
- 2Study SCERT Bihar textbooks alongside NCERT books, as Bihar TET questions often draw from state-specific educational content and Bihar's school curriculum.
- 3For Language I (Hindi), practice grammar, comprehension passages, and Hindi pedagogy including methods of teaching reading and writing to young children.
- 4Solve at least 5 previous BTET papers to understand the question distribution and difficulty level; pay special attention to EVS topics related to Bihar's geography, culture, and environment.
