Preparation Tips
- 1Study all three levels of Child Development theory — cognitive (Piaget), sociocultural (Vygotsky), and moral (Kohlberg) — as Level 1, 2, and 3 papers each have 30 pedagogy questions that require deep conceptual understanding.
- 2For HTET Level 3 (PGT), master your subject at the Class 11–12 NCERT level along with subject pedagogy; this 60-question section is the differentiator in competitive scoring.
- 3Review NCF 2005, NEP 2020, and RTE 2009 as Haryana TET pedagogy questions increasingly test awareness of national education policy frameworks.
- 4Practice mock tests under timed conditions of exactly 150 minutes; many candidates lose marks on the Language sections by spending too much time on the subject paper.
