Preparation Tips

  • 1NCERT Class 11 and 12 textbooks are fully sufficient for the PCM portions of PU CET UG, given the moderate difficulty level of the exam.
  • 2Allocate dedicated preparation time for the General Knowledge section, covering current affairs from the past 6 months and general science awareness.
  • 3Since there is no negative marking, attempt all 100 questions to maximise your raw score, spending more time only on trickier questions.
  • 4Practise solving 100 questions in 90 minutes to build exam pace, as this requires about 1.5 minutes per question on average.
