Expert Preparation Tips
Study Assam history comprehensively from Ahom kingdom rule to the Assam Accord 1985 and current developments; focus on Assam's ethnic diversity, major tribes, and cultural heritage.
For General Studies, cover the Brahmaputra river system in detail, Assam's tea industry, oil and gas resources, and major national parks (Kaziranga, Manas, Dibru-Saikhowa).
Practise Assamese Language grammar — sandhi, vibhakti, tense forms — and read Assamese newspapers (Dainik Agradoot, Amar Asom) to improve vocabulary and comprehension.
