Expert Preparation Tips

1

Given the 300-question format covering all subjects, create a priority list starting with Medicine, Surgery, OBG, Pediatrics, Pharmacology, and Pathology which together account for 150+ questions.

2

Since there is no negative marking in FMGE, attempt all 300 questions even when uncertain — intelligent guessing based on clinical reasoning improves scores significantly.

3

Use visual learning tools — ECG interpretation, X-ray reading, ECG patterns, and pathology images appear in FMGE; build competency in these through dedicated image-based question banks.

4

Take at least 5 full-length 300-question FMGE mock tests in real exam conditions (150 minutes) to build stamina and identify time management strategies for this high-volume exam.
