IAF Airmen (Aircraftsman to Corporal rank) earn ₹21,700–₹69,100 based on Pay Level 3–6. With MSP ₹5,200, HRA, DA, and other allowances, total in-hand is approximately ₹35,000–₹55,000 per month.

Is IAF Airmen recruitment still separate from Agniveer Vayu?

After 2022, the Agniveer Vayu scheme replaced traditional IAF Airmen enrollment for new recruits. However, IAF Airmen (Permanent) recruitment for specific technical categories still continues separately under occasional notifications.
