Odisha Matric Level Admission Test (MAT) for Polytechnic

Odisha MAT (Matric Level Admission Test) is the state entrance exam conducted by Odisha STET for admission to 3-year diploma engineering programs in polytechnic institutes across Odisha. The exam is for students who have completed Class 10 (matric level) and want to pursue technical education. Government polytechnics in Bhubaneswar, Berhampur, Sambalpur, Rourkela, and Cuttack are among the top choices. Private polytechnic institutes affiliated with STET also participate in the centralized counseling process. Odisha MAT covers Mathematics and Science at the Class 10 level as per the BSE Odisha (Board of Secondary Education) curriculum.
